Auction Basket Setup Team

Service Description

The Auction Basket Setup Team is responsible for picking up the auction baskets from the Balado Building on the day of the event and carefully transporting them to the venue. Volunteers must ensure that all ticket boxes and item sheets are brought along and correctly placed with their corresponding baskets. Once at the venue, the team will set up the baskets in the lobby area, arranging them neatly for display and ensuring everything is organized for the auction process.
