Service Description
-Identify and contact businesses, past sponsors, and members of the community for donation and sponsorship opportunities at Fashion Show. -Send sponsorship package to potential donors and follow up. --Collect donation checks and send thank you letters to donors. -Work in conjunction with silent auction volunteers to identify in-kind donations for silent auction/raffle. -Provide a list to event chair of donors and level of donation for recognition in event program and big screen. -Contact participants for on-screen shout-out donation. -Contact food vendor for possible donation/reduced pricing for backstage parents lunch. **This volunteer opportunity is open immediately, please ignore start date on posting and sign up!
